What impressed me most, besides the fact that the price was extremely fair & competitiive, was William's willingness to explain all the available options so I felt that i was making a truly educated decision.....I chose the NuTone by Nordyne, which, if you have not looked into it, is an absolutely fabulous system...highly efficient, state-of-the-art, terriffic warranty, incredibly quiet!... Being a local Realtor in town for many years,the times are few and far between that I can go out on a limb and give a wholehearted endorsement of a local business. I have done business with William and his crew many times over and they are consistently professional, friendly, very reasonably priced and get the job done right the first time. I have (after the fact) found out that this company and it's associates had many opportunities to sell me products and services that I didn't need, but they took the ethical route and actually talked me out of buying things from them because they were not needed. My hats go off to these folks and I will continue to refer them to all my friends, family and business associates. I just recently purchased a brand new complete AC system for my home and it was (once again) everything William said it would be.
Way to go Marshall's....keep up the great work. You make Polk County Proud!!!!

Marshalls Heating and A/C installed a High efficiency system in my

new home four years ago. The system in combination with R-80

insulation has paid for itself in energy savings.The owner, Mr. William

Lynn has always responded to service calls in a timely manner,

always withing a few hours. Problems are corrected immediately the

first time.Mr. Lynn has always made an effort to minimize

inconvenience and ensures that all work is performed with a high

quality standard and to the customers satisfaction. This is one of the
